Digital Marketer

Role Overview

At Studio X, we believe digital marketing is more than posting content. It's about building strategies, launching campaigns, driving growth, and delivering measurable business results. As our Digital Marketing & Performance Manager, you'll lead the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands. You'll work across strategy, paid media, social media, SEO, email marketing, websites, analytics, marketing automation, and lead generation to help our clients grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Build Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Develop quarterly digital marketing plans for assigned brands
• Plan, execute, and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns
• Ensure every assigned brand executes at least one strategic marketing campaign every quarter
• Continuously optimise campaigns using performance insights and analytics
• Develop and oversee social media strategies in collaboration with the Social Media & Community Manager
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Monitor advertising budgets, ROAS, and overall campaign performance
• Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword research and technical recommendations
• Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop content strategies that support business goals
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys
• Manage client websites and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates
• Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools
• Build dashboards, prepare monthly performance reports, and present actionable insights
• Develop lead generation strategies and optimise marketing funnels for better conversion
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API (CAPI), and other tracking technologies
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, brand managers, and content creators to deliver integrated campaigns
• Present campaign performance and recommendations during internal and client review meetings

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy beyond social media management
• Experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and marketing automation tools
• Experience managing websites and CMS platforms
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously

• Experience building Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products or brands
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
• Experience managing affiliate or partnership marketing campaigns
• Experience with video marketing and YouTube strategy
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, GA4, or similar certifications
