Digital Marketing Associate

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll support the planning and execution of our digital marketing efforts. You’ll help shape how our brand shows up online across social media, campaigns, and other digital channels while ensuring everything aligns with our voice, goals, and audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily activities across digital platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Plan and manage content calendars across social media and other digital channels
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy aligned with the brand voice
• Monitor comments, messages, and actively engage with the online community
• Track performance metrics and share insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and marketing best practices
• Collaborate with designers, creatives, and strategists to produce marketing content
• Support campaign launches, promotions, and other digital marketing activities

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of work experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Proven experience managing digital platforms for brands or communities
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of content formats such as reels, carousels, stories, threads, and short-form video
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and content direction
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
• Experience with content planning, campaign execution, or marketing strategy
• Strong understanding of storytelling and brand voice
• Comfortable collaborating with creatives, designers, and strategists
