Social Media Manager

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping how our brand shows up online. You’ll manage daily content execution and engagement while collaborating closely with the team to ensure alignment with our voice, goals, and audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting across social media platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Execute content plans and monthly content calendars
• Write engaging captions that align with brand tone and storytelling
• Monitor comments, DMs, and actively engage with the community
• Track performance and share insights and basic recommendations
• Stay up to date with platform trends and changes

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of work experience
• Proven experience managing social media pages for brands or communities
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of content formats such as reels, carousels, stories, and threads
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and content direction
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Bonus Points

• Experience with content planning or campaign execution
• Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools
• Strong understanding of storytelling and brand voice
